We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team

As a Community Manager at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you’ll be the voice of the brand, connecting directly with audiences to foster engagement and maintain a consistent brand presence. In this dynamic role, you will manage social media platforms, monitor online conversations, and ensure the brand’s voice resonates across all channels. This is a position for someone who thrives on creativity, communication, and data-driven strategies to build and strengthen online communities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community feedback promptly.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Keep up with trends and propose innovative ways to connect with the audience.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure engagement and performance.
  • Creativity in crafting content and engagement strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.

Desirable Experience/Skills

  • Previous experience in community management or social media roles.
  • Skills in content creation (graphic design or short-form video editing).
  • Familiarity with social listening tools.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital communication.
