As a Content Manager / Strategist at KOMMUNA MEDIA, you will lead the creation and execution of content strategies that inspire, connect, and deliver results. This role combines leadership, creativity, and analysis, ensuring that the content produced by the team aligns with our clients' strategic goals. You will act as the key link between business objectives, creative innovation, and execution excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee content strategies for social media, ensuring alignment with client marketing goals.
  • Plan and coordinate the pre-production, production, and post-production processes for content, including static graphic designs, motion graphics, and reels.
  • Supervise and direct content shoots, providing creative feedback and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Review creative proposals and content scripts, offering suggestions and alternatives to elevate the creative level.
  • Collaborate with the Performance and Marketing teams to ensure measurable and goal-driven content.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies based on data.
  • Explore and experiment with innovative formats and current trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Manage team resources and timelines to meet deadlines and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in content production, including video editing, motion graphics, and static graphic design.
  • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and similar platforms.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with creativity, applying it to digital content creation.
  • Basic understanding of social media algorithms and trends, as well as content optimization strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects.
  • Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and evaluate creative proposals.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, team-oriented environments.

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Experience managing content projects across multiple platforms and formats.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and their application in campaigns.
  • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Notion.
